I totally agree about the paradox. If she feels comfortable and safe but wants to date, then I going to fill my schedule with others. Maybe she change that tune. Even if she does that was her decision before and just see if I can keep it as a lay for a little while.
Don't believe it. Why would she tell you this if you didn't ask? Either for sympathy or to be a victim.

Yes, it HAS to be a lay. If it's not a lay that's not good, because you might be the guy she calls when she wants dinner or a nice date and she calls other guy to lay the pipe.
This is what I have concluded. I will play the field for fun and not really give a ****.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
