Not surprised by this at all. In American culture, women are seen as the prize. In Russian culture, it's the exact opposite.

This just goes to show that the idea of 'male disposability' and similar evolutionary theory-based explanations for why women have it better in North

Again, cultural differences. In North America, clubs are filled with horny, sexually frustrated dudes hoping to "get lucky". In Russia, guys don't need to go to clubs to get laid. In all honesty I have no idea, checked some sites for demographics which confirms what bokanowsky said regarding ratio (being them not unbalanced), yet what I saw with my own eyes remains.

Probably guys there dont pedestal pvssy as much as we do therefore dont sell themselves too short playing the dating game in a female ruled environment as the club or being there women not artificially "empowered" still make it easy for men in everyday life or riding the c0ck carousel happens in a different ways to even average guys have a sh0t, cant really tell.

But I know for sure that there were girls liking me and liking guys in general and doing part of the work, which is something surreal in places like London or Rome, guys from there can confirm regarding ratios in clubs or meeting places.

Just looking at the raw stats is a bit misleading. That there is pickup for women suggests that for (quality) men, it's a seller's market, for whatever reason, just as it is for women in the states.

It may very well be that while there are close to 1:1 in certain age groups in Russia, many of those men might not be considered "datable." I don't recall where, but I remember seeing a documentary on Russian mail order brides, explaining that the dearth of "available," "quality" men is due to organized crime, high levels of alcoholism, etc.

There's actually "pick up" classes here in Japan that are similar, but they're more like how to pick up a high income, non-beta males. Lot of broke, AFC, still living with their parents type guys over here, that would rather hide in their rooms and watch anime than go out and get laid.

Pure statistics are often misleading.

So while it may see like Russian women are easy pickings, they may not be looking for anything other than a ring and a stable income from a non-drunken gangster.

Nobody blinks when men pay for instructions on pretty much everything else , but paying to learn probably the most important and one of the hardest things they do in life somehow is... weird.

There's actually "pick up" classes here in Japan that are similar, but they're more like how to pick up a high income, non-beta males.

Similar classes in other parts of Asia too, although the non-beta part is optional.
