Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.

I believe coolness is a state of mind and aura. If whatever you’re doiing is keeping you calm, collected and happy, then you should definitely continue to do it.

Coolness is also bouncing back and finding your personal techniques whether it be physical or spiritual to comeback from negative states of mind. I don’t care if it’s meditation, prayer, lifting weights, reading a book, you gotta stay grounded at all time as a dude.

One of the best ways to stay cool is to be content with your current lifestyle and to fill it up with gratitude and service to the community for that sense of fulfillment with inner game and getting involve in a higher calling other than yourself.
