I’ve always thought it would be interesting to poll the membership to see how people imagine the more active members look. For example, I can’t help but imagine that @zekko looks a little like Captain Kirk because of his iconic avatar. Of course with each member we probably have a vague picture of what each individual looks like.

I don’t want to hijack this thread so let’s not do that here. Down the road I might start one to see if anyone is interested in guessing what others look like, to which they can respond.

I’m very glad to see the positive tone of this thread. Great idea, @cola.

We now return you to your regular programming.....

im thinking of switching to a meat and green only diet, with 1 cheat meal a week(refeed) what do you think the results would be?
You need *some* carbs or you'll bonk big time. Plus, eating too few carbs over time leads to a build up of ketones in your body which are toxic. The keto diet is great for short term weight loss but it's unsustainable long term. The avg diet is 200-300 carbs per day. My program for the past two years has been 100g/day. It's enough to keep up my energy but not more than I need.

Jeez, like some super chad for your age! How long will it take me to get close to that with this home gym I bought for my garage?
Everyone is unique, but generally the further you are from your genetic potential, the more rapid the gains can come. First year or two is very common. But you have to do it right. Workout, diet and rest/ recovery are all essential parts in generating muscle. Skimp on any one of those and you will stall.

Heyaahh!! Me at 40.. Taken just now.. Cant sleep early lol
Come on bro, focus your eyes into the camera and give me a smirk!

I have reservations about posting images on line. However, there is too much positivity in this thread not to partake. This is me. Age 30. My biggest liability in dating has always been height and stature. I'm genetically short and skinny (5'7, 135 lbs pre-lifting). In these photos I'm 165 lbs.

Would your career allow you to grow your beard in more?

This could totally be my opinion but I hate beards with that little box in the middle let the middle grow in. You also have nice hair, maybe buzz the sides only? But definitely nice looking dude.

Cheers yo and fair tips. I could have a play around

My secret for hair is no shampoo. Sounds gross but way thicker/stronger without it
