"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So.. does approaching a girl you've approached before count? More importantly, how do you deal with it gracefully when you've forgotten you've approached this girl b/c you never remembered her face amongst the 100's you've talked to?

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

No. I think I made that quite obvious.

I don't understand the question.

I don't understand the question.
To put it concisely:

"You: Hi. <Insert your opener>"
"Her: Hey, didn't we meet before?"

I'm in

I'm in on this.

Just got out from a 3 year LTR.
I forgot how it is to approach. Though I have already approached about 5 girls since the break-up ( this was about 6 months ago).

I live in a small city, so I don't think I can get the 1000.
But I'll do these approaches anyway.

Maybe I'll just start now. Instead of waiting for next year.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I did 2 today at the bus stop.

The first was a HB7.5 who I smiled and made eye contact with as I walked towards the bus stop. I guess I can't really take all the credit for this because she came up to me. :)

She gave me her bus slip because she had found a ride (from her boyfriend) to her destination. I took the opportunity to get a conversation going and it lasted for about 10 mins.

what's really ironic is that I've seen her before. I wanted to approach her last week but chickened out, and that was in a completely different city.

Anyway, the second was an HB5 latino girl. She wasn't very good at speaking english,

Dont they say that you shouldnt put women as your main intrest in life? Make sure your doing things that dont involve women, make sure you have a life outside women!

10 000 approaches and all these year of approaching things, dont really follow this "rule" do they?

Well i can't do 3 a day for reasons....but i'll make it so i approach every op.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I've no idea how many I'm on. Must be over 50 already. Too hard to keep track though.

Funny I didn't think anyone would go through with it...

BUMP.

Who's still in this challenge? The year's a quarter way through! I'm currently in the bootcamp, but once the steam really gets going I'm going to take it from 100+ approaches. Good luck DJs! :cheer:

i don't even keep track anymore..this is a very interesting little journel you have going on here. i don't know about you but it becomes friggin' boring after a while and i don't even want to approach anymore,it's like the girls laugh on cue exactly when i expect them to and IOI's are oh soo predictable now.I may get into it again -justt the other day i did about 13 cold approaches averaging between 15-60 minutes each, all conversations with emphasis on DHV stories and personality conveying routines ( i am practicing MM) i don't even get numbers anymore because i NEVER call them anyways and i can see it in them like they are expecting me to ask them out right there (yeah right) ... if you're still nervous and a little anxious right before you approach..be happy because it's still exciting, once it becomes routine ...

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
