I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Call her when youre done with your work.When would you call? A day or two prior to when I'm leaving or the day I want to hook up?
Say something like "I'm downtown, in a wonderful lounge bar, would you like to join me ?"
If she's ok to meet you, great! Game her.
If she doesnt want to, no regret. Have a drink, talk to people and get a good night of sleep at your hotel.
