Say something like "I'm downtown, in a wonderful lounge bar, would you like to join me ?"

If she's ok to meet you, great! Game her.
If she doesnt want to, no regret. Have a drink, talk to people and get a good night of sleep at your hotel.

Does anyone have any suggestions for calling a woman for the first time who you've been chatting with online? I've done it a few times and they can be pretty awkward because there's no real rapport you have with the person, outside of chatting online.

Are you projecting awkwardness?
