Burpees test

hey guys just tried the 10 min burpee test today. got up to 80 on my first go then did another 3 sets of 20 with 2 min intervals. Was wondering what sought of goal I should strive for here. I'm thinking about incorporating it into my weekly routine if the results are good after a month.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Well done.
Is that proper burpees, full pushup and full jump?
I have done 50 in just under 5 minutes before, they are easy to improve thank god but murder the first times.
They are the ultimate bodyweight conditioner.

thanks man. yeah full burpee pushup and jump with knees up to chest and also clap above head. It is a real workout, must say didnt expect it to be that hard but my legs were burning at about 70. Just curious is it one of those exercises where your endurance increases quickly. wouldnt mind getting to 100 in ten mins

There are people that do 100 in under 5 mins.
