How do I get started in the so called bootcamp? Any help would be appreciated.

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I assumed as much but where are the instructions.. I guess I could spend an hour looking for it, or someone could just help. Either way I am sure I will figure it out. Thanks in advance.
Spend the hour. It involves reading the bible. Stop being lazy. If you're too lazy to read for an hour to get started, then you're going to be too lazy to get your ass out in the field.

Yes, a lack of effort on my part for sure. I have dove head first into the bible (Good Stuff) and have been reading some good discussions. I do have a question that I believe is a bit more warranted. Once I start week one of boot camp, which specific forum can I post my progress or lack of?
