Not a bad guy at all, but needs a little cooling off period to reflect like bigdave. To reflect on what needs to be done in order to at least move towards the direction he needs face. It's the same threads over and over again. It's bigdave part deux.

My basic opinion is that anyone who hasn't looked stuff up, hasn't really tried, and is using the place as merely an outlet to vent whatever spiel. Less patience with that type.

Dont' agree with his original ban which I was around to see at all tbh hence some sympathy. Think it's what should be happening. Not seen as much since.

Generally though ime, bad members = recalcitrant, non-developing, massive unconscionable post count. Mods here do give people a big chance and good communication. Not privy to the exact communication in non-developing, but i've got it for abuse.

Ban is a harsh word, as he's not a bad dude at all. Just a timeout to reflect on his social life. It's the same posts day, after day, after day. Dozens of members suggest things, but he does the same thing, day after day, after day. I sometimes think he's a troll or not even real. You know, playing a game on all of us.

He has a way of being very selective in replying to followups that only match his narrative/worldview. Keeps the thread going (i.e., keeps it trolling). Occasionally when someone calls him out, he might respond with with a one-liner where he plays stupid: "You mean you want me to do XXXX?", or simply: "What do you mean?", that sort of thing.

So while I've been in the "he's hopeless" camp for awhile, I'm coming around to the notion that he's a clever troll.
