The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

If you want to be friends and then make a move. Well, good luck its hard, its really, you have to have a some sort of redeeming value or this "friend" has always had it in for you as something else
If you want to be friends because you want to take advantage of something (ie: her hot friends) first off make sure that this " friend" doesnt have it in for you, otherwise she will be the catalyst in your destruction.
Well I would mix it up, super small talk over text and real plans over phone ie
Text: hey, what are you doing, nothing, what do you have planned, oh i am going to a party, I will call you when I figure out the details
Call: hey I am going at this and this time to this and this place, do you want me to drive blah blah blah, yada yada yada

That works too. But be wary though. It might signal disinterest and you will NEVER become friends.

Oh i asked her out a couple of times and she doesnt really seem to enthustiastic to tell me when she is free, I always ask and she is always busy. So I am fed up with it, and I just want to forget about taking her out and I want her to know that.

Well some power she wields cuz Im pissed and I dont care about her anymore. Being straight forward about most things is important.
The whole power thing is over rated. How did she gain power, she just made herself get nexted?

Afc or not. I wanted to get some sort of satisfaction from nexting the girl cuz I know she still likes me on some small level but she has sent me mixed signals and I dont want to deal with that.
I want to just make her feel bad for playing games when she could have had the real deal.
So I want to tell her I only want to be friends to watch her cringe and make her feel stupid for playing games.
I dont care, if she likes me or not, but I just want to do things that most guys dont. At least she will be shocked and ALL I want is her to feel stupid.

The thing is none of us know the whole story. She could be playing hard to get and wants you to put in a solid work trying to get her to see you. Or maybe indeed she is not interested or a combination of both. I would just suggest moving on to your next "subject" and give her a call in the near future or something. You want to keep her guessing. Don't ever tell a girl how you feel about her or how much you adore her. Conceal your true intentions. This gives off a great deal of mystery which can create attraction. Use body language, kino and eye contact to show her how you feel about her. Never say it flat out.
