I'm pretty skinny and want to get bigger.

Do any of you guys know any food that i should eat to get bigger, bearing in mind i am a vegetarian :D.

quorn, tofu, low fat cottage cheese, skimmed milk, low fat natural yoghurt, soy shakes, all kinds of stuff ;)

whey protein too if you like

Why exactly do you not eat meat?

It's hard to put on a lot of muscle when you aren't eating calorie and protein dense meats. Read all the articles on here about bulking. That should get you off to a good start.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

just to mention, I know a lot of vegetarians eat fish (doesn't strike me as vegetarianism if you eat fish but ah well!), if you do eat it then load up on tuna and all sorts :)

just type in "vegetarian bodybuilding" on google and you'll find out loads...there's a forum out there with a vegetarian and vegan section too...this link may also be useful :)

I eat dont eat meat/fish as i was brought up to be a vegetarian by my parents:). Even though im not very religious, my parents are and its part of my religin not to eat meat. But seing as i havent eaten meat in 15 years, im not going to start now :D

that was my next question. if eggs are ok, they should be at the top of your list.
