I don't think so. I searched for BPD on here and saw threads dating back to 2003 about bpd. Although back then bpd was very unknown and the poster wanted to warn others about them.

I think you are right for most of them. But some are legit. The only way you can tell if they give some evidence with bpd behavior. I ignore any post that claim bpd without evidence.

Well I think *as in my case a lot of us when we find out about our bpd girlfriends diagnosis we do a Internet search on it and sosuave comes up with a lot of info.
Some people use it as an excuse for sure, others of us have the actual diagnosis in which case...
But calling dudes "Beta faggots" etc ain't really going to do them no favors and I'm not sure why it's an issue for people on here. If you don't want to be involved in that discussion don't go in those threads it's pretty straightforward

Being surprised that many of the posters here are BPD survivors is like being surprised many people at an AA meeting are alcoholics. "Well look at that! 100% of the people at AA are alcoholics but alcoholics are only 9% of the population. Those 91% fakers..."
In 2000 this forum was about PUA lines. Today this forum is FOR GUYS who have run into a problem woman or guys onto self improvement. This isn't rocket science.

I've been dumped by non-BDPs. Shrugged it off. Saw it coming. Boring relationship, someone had to pull the plug. Whatever.
I've dumped women. One who named her kitten after me. One who just got divorced and broke down in tears. I just manned up and talked to them about it until they smiled and became a friend.
BPD is in another universe. Someone you spent every night making love to for 6 months and saving up together for a house will randomly snap, decide you don't truly love them, that they have to cheat on you to make you feel how they feel, start harming themselves, etc. There are some psychiatrists who avoid BPDs because if the emotional toll of talking to one.
If every thread was "harpooned 5 models this week" where nobody ever got hurt or burned, would you even believe them?
