I play basket-ball with my friends most of the time... like everyday when I'm done with my homeworks...

I wanted to know...
Diesel says NO FVCKING CARDIO AT ALL

Does that mean I cannot play basket-ball and bulk up at the same time?

I personally dont know, but it would be stupid to give up one of your healthier hobbies just to gain some muscle mass.

I know, I'm not giving up basket-ball for muscle mass,

the question I'm asking myself is "is it worth it to start bulking up even if I run often?"

Btw I'd say it's about 1 hour per day of bball...

It depends on a lot of different things

Generally speaking for most guys, bulking would be a lot harder if your playing bball for an hour everyday, unless your eating huge amounts of food which you probably can't.

If your really plan on bulking you'll need to reduce bball. How much? Depends on a lot man. Send me a pm if your really serious about this
