You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.
You've been "getting ready" for two years.
She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.
Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.
Hi, what I mean women participating in this forum?A lot of women are natural DJs if not all. Even if not all have sex with multiple guys at the same period of time, most of them will still keep their options.
Plus, for them I believe just having male friends (that she friendzoned) is considered DJing.
No I dont think soHi, what I mean women participating in this forum?
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
We used to have @LiveYourDream too! But she’s gone nowYes, we have women on this forum and they are not all brats. Well, most of the time anyway. @sazc @BeExcellent @penkitten . They have been paged.
The women here contribute a different perspective than the men at times. Other times we agree strongly with what the men advise. The forum is a buffet. Many different people here from all over the world, different cultures, countries, religions, value systems, ages and strategies. And yes genders too. Bear in mind that the forum often offers wise advise, but that only you know the individual people you are interacting with. Only you know your situation.
Also, the search function is amazing. Use it because you might find that others have had the same or similar questions over the years and you can often reap the wisdom of sages past and present if you search for the topic about which you have questions.
Cheers.

Its my Cluster B. I really need to stop with the pedestal crap lolDon't put her on the pedestal bro.
Seriously, I like BEE is sound as a pound![]()
I will take Sazc for the best opinion any day…My favorite women on the boards. She gives the best advice imo.
Damn skippy....they seek validation IMO...every one of them.Other than attempting to monitor/moderate what we are saying, and getting some attention.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I'll have the fish. The forum is a buffet.
not a DJ or plate type.... not my cup of tea. but if people are having fun and it's consensual then good. long live hugh hefner! I read this forum sometimes because I like psychology. interesting 2010s changes with social media and massive variety of choice.I don't really see the motivation for women, tbh. Other than attempting to monitor/moderate what we are saying, and getting some attention.
to me, it's only an enemy if based on lies. saying you want an LTR when you don't. saying she's the only one when she's not. DJ doesn't have to be based on lies though. knight lifestyle (adventurous/ variety/ new experiences)..... that's a very common phase of life and can be a longterm preference. people should be able to build the life they want.Woman participates in this forum should be considered as GOLD.
Imagine giving us secrets from the enemy that we battle everyday![]()
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
