im very skinny, i dont know my body fat percent so if some one can help me out with that thanks, i have a 4 pack when i bend over slightly and flex, and i need help getting the bottom 2 up, cuz i have the 4 but the bottom two are not even there, also i need help for a V cut, i weigh 145lbs , and im 5'8 Thnx

So you want feminine hips like an hourglass? I'm going to assume you want a triangular back, broad shoulders coming down to a thinner waist.

This is mostly genetic (your body type) and a result of alot of back work. Deadlifts, chinups, pullups, rows. And of course chest, shoulder... etc. work. Can't have a big back without a big front. Your body won't allow the physiological imbalance.

Follow the stickies... at 145lbs you're in no shape to have rippling abs and a v cut.

Add another 40lbs of muscle and you'll be fine, especially if your an ectomorph.

Why would you want to be ripped at 145? Don't worry about the six pack right now and just concentrate on getting a big, manly body instead. No use on having a six pack on a girls frame.
