"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Consent cannot be documented, because it may be revoked at any time. A contract is what keeps a person from changing their mind at any time, and you can't contract for sex, not just because prostitution is illegal, but any contract for sex is void. If it were between a husband and wife, trading blowj0bs for housework, it would still be void, even though such a thing is not illegal.

Kobe Bryant got a rape charge, because he held a woman down during sex and j!zzed on her face while she was saying no. She had obviously consented to the sex originally, no one questioned that. But as soon as she says 'stop,' you have to stop, or else it's rape. (and yes, Kobe got off because he's rich, but most of us are not). That's why the idea of documenting sexual consent is pointless. Consent must be maintained throughout the interaction.
True but it's sure gonna be hard to prove that she didn't consent to the sex at the moment when the sex occurred if she consented immediately before and/or after.

Pretty sure the prosecution has to prove that you did it beyond a reasonable doubt rather than that you could've theoretically done it

Also bl0wjobs for housework would probably count as prostitution

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Yeah if you focus to much on the facts and negative aspects of women and life in general, you will be living the Howard Hughes life. And not the dashing playboy lifestyle but the stuck living in a hotel room shying away from human contact paranoid life. Over analysis leads to paralysis. Sometimes in life you have to risk it for the biscuit.

The way you make it sound, no one should ever have sex because of rape concerns. That's paranoia.

Essentially this post revolves around the fact:

No kind of proof of consent can offset the loss of wealth, reputation and mental health if a girl goes forward and accuses you of rape even if there was consent, implied or explicit.
That's the risk you will have to take and it's nominal, so don't be paranoid.

Now the onus is on you to decide if a girl's background, looks, behaviour and beliefs are worth taking this nominal risk.

Mistakes were made when I explicitly told her to give me consent on text, because even if she did, it won't hold up if things went wrong.

On the flip side, if she says no, not yet, that'll absolve her of all responsibilities.

TL;DR Keep escalating till resistance is encountered and make her comfortable.

Thank you for your inputs guys @Bible_Belt @Masculinity @wifehunter @devilkingx2 @Dingo @shesabranchswinger @Howiestern @SmooveMooves @ubercat @Alvafe

I think you've learned a lot from this thread, it was very productive.

all you need to keep in mind with the legal stuff is the whole reasonable doubt thing.

aside from that don't worry about it much and spend your energy smashing chicks

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
