The Do you like surprises line is actually quite decent. I have to admit I read your post and tried it out earlier today, worked for me haha! But you gotta get your timing down rockin buddy. Ask it, look in the eye, confidently, and wait for reaction, say what u need to say in case you do, and go for it but dont go too fast or you'll just rush her and dont go too slow because that removed the whole purpose for it. But overall good line.
Its not about the line its about the tension and about how you deliver it. You can say something random like "I enjoy cheese" and go in for the kill, and still nail it if you are getting good chemistry and if your approach is good.
