"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

you seem to be totally misunderstanding here
And contradicting yourself

how can this “ only a very brief, limited sample of information—often just a few seconds or minutes.<<“

NOT equal “ surface level attraction “ (!)

it exactly means ‘ surface level attraction’

LOL
I think you are perhaps misunderstood CJ.

It refers to making an "accurate judgment about a person or situation" which exceeds simply surface level attraction.

It's about developing the intuitive ability to accurately assess a person for compatibility (or whatever) based on limited info involving both verbal and non-verbals.

It goes deeper than surface level physical attraction.

My understanding of the book anyway, I have read it a few times.

But everyone will have their own take on it

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

mate you are wriggling now,
If it happens in a few seconds it CANT “go deeper “ by definition. Ya spanner

Cos it’s just a strong impression ?
And it could be a completely misguided impression also (!)

your argument is circular.

This has happened to me. Well, maybe not "in love" exactly, I'd say maybe "become attracted to" or "develop a crush on" or even "become infatuated with". But yeah, it's happened to me. The next question is does it happen to women, and is it common? I'm sure we've all heard stories about women who initially disliked someone and then became attracted to them, or married them (not necessarily the same thing).

Lol you don't get it CJ but don't have time nor the desire to argue with you about it, I am getting ready to head out for the night.

Take what you will from it, if it helps you with your pick-up, great, carry on!

Good luck!

I really don’t get why some of you guys have the term Don Juan next to your name tbh. That’s a misnomer obviously.
I don't like labels, so I don't consider myself a Don Juan (whatever that is). I know I can attract some girls, and there are other girls who aren't going to be attracted to me. That's about as far as I take it, really. The Don Juan beneath our avatars only have to do with how many posts you've made, AFAIK.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Anointed by SoSuave! :)

Not throwing shade, it’s just hard to decipher context and game position re some members postings. There is no context to draw upon.

I have not read "Blink" That being said (I might) my experience is that many times people will meet and there is an attraction and it may not last but a given time.... Why? because they are not actually "In Love" The feelings are infatuation. Once the new and excitement dissipates, then they come to the realization that they are "not" in "Love" after all. In my experience I have noticed that it depends on the individual. An attractive looking Man or Women will have more "options" to choose from than your "average looking Man and or Women.

I immediately question the validity of any kind of "study" that is based on surveys and questionnaires.

Women gaslight themselves to such an extent that they will lie even in completely anonymous surveys just so they can continue to affirm the delusional stories they tell themselves in their head.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

this was also my instinct lol.
what men in general miss a lot is that proximity and exposure is very important

most of the guys that I noticed complaining about women would rarely go out for example, or would spend time in the wrong places. These are also usually the guys whom spend a lot of time on dating apps and just get their view of things even more distorted
Yes. I gather you're talking more about shooting more shots with more women when you talk about exposure, but I also think that Propinquity is maybe one of the possible equalisers tbh. If you think of any massively 'missmatched' couple (where the guy ISN'T super rich or something) it's almost never from a cold approach (where he'd get rejected by that same girl) or online (where he wouldn't be swiped on), but it happened over a long time of months/years, from working together etc with lots of exposure. Even as someone who is very blackpilled (and if you had my wingmen, so would anyone be!) I do think there's something too it. I mentioned this to someone in PM's last week actually. It's not a 'scientific' way to think about it at all, but I like to think of it as she gets used to your ugly face lol. And then assuming you can be fun and cool and flirty etc, you might just have a shot!

Welp, there goes the neighborhood @Cheeky_James

Your entire theory falsified in a single study.

women are hardwired to want to be chased. Because of this women are hardwired to initially to find most men to be unattractive. If they didn't, then women would not be chased - women would just hump into bed.

Chasing helps pair bond couples. Feminist break this cycle by saying that women find most men unattractive because most MEN are INHERENTLY unattractive which is false. Because of the narrative most men are INHERENTLY unattractive then the me-too and the withdrawal consent, etc is viable...

Most older Feminist are noticing as they get older, yes, they are human after all. Their poop does stink too... but now, they have no one, and they can can no longer pair bond with a guy...

and if they are that way. Then they don’t deserve anyone.

Then they should die alone. With no one and nobody to talk to.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
