"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Also lends itself to seduction because as he said this is the first stage of seduction because the trust/connection you build here then gets transferred to being able to trust that person with their body.

Also love his work on shows like Beyond SkinWalker Ranch and some of the other Discovery channel shows he appears on in an investigative role.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

This is how I run most of my dates. Its why 95% of my first dates go good and lead to second dates.

Get them talking about things with depth, get in their head, connect on the common ground and keep doing it. At the end of the date, she needs to have done 70% of the talking and you are the leader of the conversation. If she tells you that she knows nothing about you and you know most everything about her you have done a good job.

Before I have a date, I go thru their social media, interests, where they lived, and figure who some of their exes, where they work. Anything and everything. This builds the foundation so I know how to lead the conversation and build the connection quickly.

For the haters out there, I ask you to reflect upon a time someone easily talked you into something and made you feel happy about it.

What's next, I wonder. Navy Seals swimming lessons?
If it is relevant to something most men struggle with these days, why not?

I'd bet the majority of guys who don't get a second date when they are interested in a women don't due to their lack of conversational skills more than anything else.

If those Navy Seals are teaching you how to survive in open water, I would probably listen since you never know when that could actually happen to you. And it probably wouldn't be in a way you would ever expect it.

As my high school physics teacher use to say: "Everybody is likely to be in a head on car crash once in their life. You better know what you plan on doing before it happens if you want to survive."

I literally got ambushed once in a parking garage in Columbus Circle, Manhattan. The attendant couldn't speak English and was trying to point something out on the fee, which I had already paid. It was about 10pm and he took the step of calling the rest of the attendants, all with similar language barriers - and then he shut the door to the garage. Shyt went sideways, real fast. They circled around me while the guy kept pointing at the receipt. I showed them that I was dialing 911 and they ended up opening the door and let me and my girlfriend leave. My best friend is a Tier 1 special operator so I called him to tell him about what happened. He told me I did it wrong, because they could have just come at me and taken the phone. His advice? Get a 3.5 inch, serated street legal switchblade, which I have to this day - and get back in the car and punch it straight through the garage door next time.

The CIA lives off of developing personal relationships with real world assets in hostile territory and they are used to doing it fast. Take advice where you can get it.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Buddy, you will not be hearing a person who was part of special services going around talking about special services, if guy was retired, he'd be driving a cab somewhere, keeping quiet. That kind of deal. Person in original post video material is a clown. That's the whole point. I don't know how one can eat the story about CIA technique which ex-CIA operative is teaching..... That just outright sounds like crap. You want to roll with it, go ahead. I don't buy it for a second.

If he wasn’t legitimate he would get called out for what’s known as stolen valor.

The guys who shot Bin Laden are literally giving tours and writing books. I saw the shooter a couple weeks ago speak at a private club. That idea of quiet professionals went out the window when the guys started seeing the size of the paychecks.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

That’s a great story, and a great concluding statement.

He was in the CIA for 7 years and left due to disillusionment of their mission and culture.

This stuff is not hard to Google.

I don't doubt he worked for the CIA. What I find funny is how he's using his CIA background to market ordinary social skills as "secret spy tradecraft" for clicks and course sales.

"How to build rapport" becomes "CIA SEDUCTION SECRET."

"How to gather information during a conversation" becomes "CIA MIND CONTROL TECHNIQUE."

"Be observant, ask good questions, and let people talk about themselves" becomes "FORMER SPY REVEALS PSYCHOLOGICAL WEAPON."

Strip away the spy branding, and a lot of it is just common social intelligence packaged as classified wizardry.

Sure, but you could say that about literally anything from any source of information.

If you know how to sexually flirt via text, you can invest that time in that manner instead of snooping around her socials (lol).

That way, the math changes to

30% her talking

20% you talking

50% her thinking about riding you

And you can smash at the end of the date (or during the date if she invites you straight over) or on date 2

Not quite Mode One, but better than what used to work 30 years ago and not nearly as much today.

Thoughts with no actions, is futile.

I can think about losing 20 pounds, but if I'm not putting in the work, the pounds will remain.

And you can smash at the end of the date (or during the date if she invites you straight over) or on date 2
She is a stranger.

Why would you (more likely than not) spend money on a stranger of a woman?

Not quite Mode One, but better than what used to work 30 years ago and not nearly as much today.
It's Mode 2.

And beta.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
