"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I think people sometimes make eating healthy way more complicated than it needs to be. You see all these videos about mousse, chia seeds, oats, and all kinds of “superfoods,” and suddenly it feels like you need to buy 20 different things just to eat well.

To me, eating well is more about getting a good mix of protein, carbs, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and minerals from foods you actually enjoy.

I see a lot of teenagers, and honestly even plenty of people who work out, eating a lot of fried food, fast food, and sugary snacks. There's nothing wrong with enjoying those foods sometimes, but they shouldn't be doing all the heavy lifting in your diet.

You can keep things pretty simple with foods like eggs, Greek yogurt, beans, oats, fruits, vegetables, nuts, lean meats, and fortified soy milk.

You don't need a kitchen full of fancy “health foods.” Build a solid diet with simple foods, be consistent with it, and don't overthink it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I agree with the general point, although the economics of eating healthy have gotten more complicated. Fast food is often surprisingly competitive with groceries now, especially once you factor in the cost of meat, dairy, and fresh produce. Healthy eating can certainly be inexpensive if you stick to staples like rice, beans, oats, potatoes, eggs, and frozen vegetables. But once you want more variety and higher-quality protein, the grocery bill adds up quickly. You also have to factor in the time involved in cooking, cleaning, and dealing with leftovers.

You can get around 70% of your daily calories from Taco Bell at lunch, then have a simple salad at home, and still come out to roughly $20 for the day. You can obviously eat cheaper by cooking large batches of basic foods, but when the difference is only a dollar or two per meal, the convenience of fast food becomes more appealing.

A lot of previously “cheap” protein sources have gone through the roof. Ground beef is now basically a luxury protein, unfortunately. Luckily, chicken drumsticks & thighs are delicious and remain cheap.

Ground beef was always a luxury protein. Kings eat meat, peasants eat wheat.

If you want some cheap protein, get yourself some tofu, rice & beans, and Greek yogurt. All are $2 / lb or less. If you’re feeling extra frisky, pick up some tuna or pacific whiting. Canned fish runs about $4-5 / lb and you’ll get your omega 3s

Oh yeah, Greek yogurt is goated for sure. I’ll make fish cakes here & there if I feel like it lol

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

As soon as you said soy milk you were done.

Worst advice you could give someone. It's an anti-nutrient and is estrogenic. Do not eat unfermented soy ever for any reason

Nothing wrong with real milk unless one is lactose intolerant or generally doesn’t like the taste.
There is a lot wrong with real milk if it's not organic from grass feed, free range cows, specifically that it's coming from sick, grain fed cows that have pus and blood and tons of inflammatory agents in the milk because they are kept locked up in pens where they can't even move, never see the sunlight and are pumped full of antibiotics.

If you ever saw what that milk looked like when it actually came out of the cow you would never drink it, I promise you that.

There is actually a lot of talk about this here in Canada. Canadian dairy doesn't allow rBST (artificial growth hormone) in dairy production, whereas it is approved for use in the US. There’s also a perception here that Canadian and EU dairy standards are generally stricter than US standards, although I think some of the claims about US milk being full of pus, blood, antibiotics, etc. are exaggerated.

If the US wanted to get serious about food and health, they would essentially adopt EU standards.

And no, it's not exaggerated. You would be shocked to know what the FDA actually allows in the food chain here.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

The healthiest and best tasting food is always the closest to the point of production. That's why food you grow yourself tastes better. It didn't have to be picked immature and travel for weeks and a thousand miles to get to you.
