“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I have been noticing a lot of similarities in the job & mating markets.

Quote the article:

"Key findings:

40% of companies posted a fake job listing this year
3 in 10 companies currently have active fake listings
Alleviating employee workload concerns and suggesting company growth top reasons behind fake job posting strategy
Hiring managers say fake job postings led to boosted revenue, morale, and productivity
7 in 10 hiring managers believe posting fake jobs is morally acceptable"

Similarly, while none of us can control what women (Or anyone else)thinks about us, we do have a great deal of influence over their perceptions. As Chappelle and many more observers have noted
, our contemporary* obsession with "keeping it real" has a nasty way of exploding in our faces

*Actually, the rot's been festering for awhile. That skit is over 20 years old, as of this writing

LMAO...maybe this works in some industries but it likely backfires in others.

I usually have IT recruiters each out to me about job openings and positions so those are definitely not fake.

If I were still slinging code, I would let recruiters present me, but if I were asked to fill out some form, I'd say, "eh, not interested, but you're welcome to do it for me".

I think I've asked you this before but which recruiters do you use? My experience with IT recruiters has been absymal.

Local ones. I have 3-4 companies that I have spent time with and gone in and interviewed with and built relationships with their firms so they have me on their list of candidates when jobs come in as long as it fits my skills and salary range.

Some of them have events, etc they sponsor and I have gone to these over the years and talked with the various people there, both th recruiters and other software engineers. It's been a pretty good networking experience.

Take time to build relationships...they still are valuable, maybe more now than ever since fewer and fewer people are going that route.
