You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?
Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.
One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.
Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Welcome to Northern California.
Now to see all the replies about "she's an old hag that's seen more cawk than a urinal at Grand Central Station"...
But seriously, she's 50 and wants a baby?!
I'm going with Mannequin.One word:
Delusional.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
In all fairness if those photos are real, she's in the top .1% of white woman at that age.You can see how the thirst perpetuates.
Even guys here “nawww 49? No way. She looks fresh.”
Why does this woman’s profile exist? The answer is in the replies above me.
It could be because this person hasn't cracked a smile a day in their life, lol.You can see how the thirst perpetuates.

You mean..I'd bang her and be gone in the morning
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

There are other pics of her.Are the photos 20 years old or does she look not bad for 50? Elite level makeup artist?
we get a few, mostly up in the city of SF, and the northern (read:$$$) counties. I’ll post some more if I come across them. Lemme see what pops.Unless she had 20+ eggs frozen in her 30s I think she's SOL.
In all fairness if those photos are real, she's in the top .1% of white woman at that age.
it’s the resting biatch face…It could be because this person hasn't cracked a smile a day in their life, lol.
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
She doesn't look 49 in those pictures. Is it possible she made an error entering her birthdate?
She's not dateable and definitely delusional. First off, she has a graduate level degree and is a career woman.
What guy around 45-55 wants to start dealing with a newborn? Why would a 50 year old want to have a newborn? If you're 50 and childless, that's an advantage to similarly aged people. If a guy is dating a woman 40+, he wants her to be childless or have all children as independent adults.
Almost any woman has that many takers.Oh I agree, but I guarantee you she has hundreds of potential takers - it’s just what it is here.
Almost any woman has that many takers.

To me this is the "iceberg" version of the RBF. Like underneath that cold, expressionless veneer there lies a monster.it’s the resting biatch face…
@Pan87 not sure why your post is directed at me. I never stated she looked younger than her posted age. My original post was about the “egg storage” and wanting to raise a child/ren at her age. Can’t you guys see the obvious old neck skin in the second pic? Or the saggy body being held together by straps under her dress?
She’s not lying about her age.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
