It's all good books, and no one will tell you a step-by-step process, you will have to learn it and it has to come from within. You need to read the books so that you know better and become better. You need self-improvement and experience. The process of understanding women begins with YOU.

Anything else. You'll struggle for sure, but you can do it. The point is to force yourself into a corner where you want release, but don't allow yourself to do it by your own hand so you'll be extremely motivated to find an alternative (someone to fvck). If you're horny enough you don't give a sh!t about anxiety as much anymore, and somehow you get a lot more creative in your ways to find someone to fvck.
