What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I would just hold the position with her. Keep doing what you’re doing, enjoying time spent and such.
- It could just be her personality and character. Especially if she’s Latino or something. They are very giving and selfless. May be reading too much in to it all.
Or
- She’s trying to buy your interest by showing you she’s a good home maker and worthy of your deeper investment, would be willing a ready to dive in to the next step.
If there’s no real issues or red flags, there’s no real harm going down. And she knows you’re open to others. And you’re getting laid. Time will tell her current actions; around 4-5 months I’d say.

She's time she says, but likes gifts on occassion (my gifts to her are my time and activites we do together). I'm acts of kindness and appreciation. I never like the gifts people give to me; unless it's cash (rarely happens nowadays).
