5% bf is irrelevant for the DJ: At this bf level, the body appears too striated and vascular, which turns women off. Any for any mature man over 35, there goes his face, as bone and fat loss have already melted off gradually year by year irrespective of bf %.

Plus you can't tell any difference between 7% and 10% under clothes. 10% is a good target. If you can see your abs your likely lean enough.

Is this while flexing or while relaxed? Some people say they got a 6 pack but it only shows when they flex so I'm not sure how accurate that is in saying they are lean enough.
