Whenever I had actually garnered dates with women, when asked what do they look for in a man, they say they don't have a type...to me, that's a plus because it means they aren't picky and are rather diverse when they do go out with someone.
Even hot ladies can be this way because I recall a rather attractive women admitting to have dated almost all types physically, be it chubby, stalky, bald, short, tall, even muscular/athletic. As long as they were nice guys, that's all that mattered.
Usually their list of attributes that they seek in a man are pretty basic. They'll usually mention 3 or 4 descriptors like "He's nice, funny, respectful, and kind." Something like that. VERY basic. They aren't picky and pretty much willing to give almost any guy, short of farting and burping outloud, a date.
