Points taken, but it's not that cut and dry. I always give people one mulligan, unless they do something so egregious like stand me up. You come off as a **** if you verbalize your intentions that abrasively. Words are only needed if she does an inappropriate behavior, in which case you tell her what she did wrong.

Actions always speak louder than words. You only eject if it is not salvageable. Bad behavior is cured most of the time by withdrawing attention and demoting her status to backup plate / booty call.
