"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

This, I try to not care anymore about Occident or about traditional living. It makes me bounce between anger and sadness, like dustmuffin says. But I don't see any light at the end of the tunnel. So we better enjoy our lives and **** b¡tches, because there is nothing worth fighting for.
Women are not worth fighting for. They don't know what they want. They like the validation that's it. Good rule...if you are dumped divorced...walk away and don't look back.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Been thinking about the sex I had with my date the other night. Best I have had in a while. She was like a circus monkey. Did anything I wanted and rode me like a worn out mule. Do you think she was trying to prove something? She was spent afterwards.

Texted date this morning....trying to lure women to my house with candy. Which do you prefer skittles or m&ms? No reply yet. Don't expect to get one till after she gets off work. She answered my call. The last time that way. Need to get in the idgaf mindset. I will get busy at work and forget about it. Still thinking about x a bit. It dosent bother me much but need to stop it. I am a little nervous. Going to doctor today might get meds changed. Boy finally is being sworn in to national guard today.

If this girl wants to **** and run that's fine. I will go into monk mode and work in myself. I definitely need it.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Bro, don't worry about her. You smashed her... now let her come to you. This is the time that you need to be bagging other chicks because you should have some confidence after smashing the last chick. Let her chase you playa.

So just ignore till she initiates? My confidence is up and down. Smashing didn't do much for it. Made the mistake of answering ex's email question about boys. That shot it down a bit. I will ignore her until she contcts

Put her on timeout for a the next 5 days. Only talk to her if she calls or texts first.

I don't see anything wrong with talking to the ex about your boys. What's so wrong with that.
