"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I will have to give them a call tomorrow. He is telling me karmas a b1tch and how much of a bad person i am and that ive broken his heart....its amazing to hear all this come out of a 37 year old man.......POF and other dating sites are not the way to meet decent men thats for sure.
   Oh the Shock! - Almost as if theres not pages of material on number grabs and Smash&Dash work on there.

Clearly stated over and over and over that there are NO quality women on POF, and you thought "I wanna meet a 'Don Juan' - POF here I come".

Heres the secret... There IS NO SECRET!!! Internet dating is scraping the bottom of the barrel on both Genders. Thats why the Actual DJ's on here throw up a post on "Reverting to BETA game" for the humility and NEVER look for more than a fvck'n'chuck because thats all the people on there are worth anyway!

"But the TV said I can find love on the internet:("

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

congrats. I'm surprised you actually listened to advice given here as most of the AFC guys would have probably done otherwise. Usually the right thing to do is always the most painful at that point in time but in the long run it returns results far greater.

All she did was turn this guy into an orbiter. "Lets remain friends".

Why? Dude is clearly a Defcon Level 5, but she wants to keep him on the side? Get real. I'll never understand this "let's just be friends" crap. And she actually means it too.

Why not just tell him that it's not going anywhere and good luck with the rest of your life? I've had women say this to me and I've said it as well. Makes it much easier.

But she's gotta catch them all, like Pokemon.

Thats just how women are. Throwing a dude in the friendzone is less confrontational and more beneficial to them than cutting him off completely.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I can write a 19 paragraph essay on this topic, but I'd rather keep it consice and to the point. Out of every internet/LDR that I have ever attempted to make happen, 100% of them failed due to distance and the other person lying. The truth is you do NOT know who you are talking to on the other end.

Take it from someone who's been Catfished twice. Do not pursue this relationship, you will be disappointed. I know it's a tough pill, but I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that face to face, human to human is the ONLY way 2 people should start a romantic relationship. Good luck.

That's why you let the other person put in the work. If they put in the effort to come to you then you know they're probably legit and if not you lose nothing. However, yes there are alot of freaks online and its generally better to start things off in person.
