You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

At least half the posts here say to drop the musclemilk and then give you advice on what to do to gain muscle properly. All we're trying to do is stop you from spinning your wheels like so many others do.Frank2500 said:To the person who responded to me in "bold," there's no need to take it personal. I haven't had enough time to sit on the computer and read every response folks have written on this topic until fairly recently, and my questions were put out of genuine curiosity. Some of you on here just seem to love getting confrontational with others no matter what the topic is about.
Simon didn't take it personally. He's trying to get you to see the point, which is that there is no magic drink, no magic routine, no magic pill that will help you gain muscle. There's lots of information, and it takes some time & effort to digest, particularly because it often goes against conventional wisdom.Frank2500 said:To the person who responded to me in "bold," there's no need to take it personal.
