This is getting off topic, but it depends on why you are a vegan. If you have no moral objection to eating meat, but are instead following a vegan diet for health reasons, a little meat on occasion is not likely to hurt you.

Note that we have 3 types of sperm: egg seeking sperm, wall building sperm and sperm fighting sperm. It would appear other men before us dealt with this issue also.
