Workout plan for my friend

My friend wants me to get him a workout plan. I got him on Rippetoes but he thinks just because there is only 4-5 exercises that it wont get him results, he tried it for 3 days and quit, then went on his own and started over training himself, doing 6 separate exercises only for his chest.

He is 170lbs
6 feet tall and about 15-20% body fat.

He wants defined abs, a cut body and muscular at the same time. I told him he needs to lower his body fat.

What do you suggest for him?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Tell him to read the Vault.

And tell him that working out is a commitment. Not something you can do in couple of months and expect permanent results.

Hes not on this site, i was thinking of getting him on Stronglifts 5x5 but hes gonna be a little b1tch about it, he NEVER wants to raise the weights. He keeps arguing with me, telling me sh1t like "you can work your abs everyday, it says so in the mens health magazine" "it takes 2 weeks to see results" hes ignorant.

I would tell him that but hed be like, fvck it, hes very impatient, if he doesnt want to listen then im not gonna bother helping him
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
