“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

OMG! You workout for 2 hours man! I am no workout guru, but that's way too fvcking long man. The most anyone should workout is an hour. I usually workout for 45 mins, sometimes just 30 and I don't get any worse results than you. You are wayyyy overtraining man! Ease up on so many exercises.

Btw, how did the cold approach go? What did you say? Get her number?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

nothing wrong with a 2 hour workout but you'd need to fuel yourself during the workout for optimum perfomance. however the above workout needs improving.

well i go with my buddies, and we take turns so the rests end up taking a pretty long time. and i don't go 2 hours, that's just the timeframe that i'll be at the gym normally. for example, yesterday i was there from 8:30 til 10 and that includes cardio, walking around doing nothing etc etc.

as the the approach i thought she was hotter when i talked to her, but then when i actually talked to her, she looked like she was in her late 20s and i don't really wana go there (still pretty hot though) i just talked to her about heroes and random stuff, made her laugh.

Kev07,

You may want to insert a day that focuses on arms & abs. If you want to keep it short and efficient try skulls crusher, kickbacks and rope pulldown for your tri and two different curl exercises for bis and then decline sit ups and upright chair leg lifts.

i do abs 5-6 days a week, i'd rather go core excercises so i dont really throw in any pure arm excercises
Dude doing abs 5-6 days a week is wayyyyyyy too much. Just hit them hard once or twice a week for 10-15 minutes and that will be enough, they aren't big muscles you legs and back.

Why are you bench pressing more weight than you are squatting? is that a typo?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I don't write in caps or bold very often, but let's get this out of the way:

Don't **** with Rippetoe's routine, he's smarter than you and been doing this longer than any of us here.

Do exactly what it says, and don't add, subtract, or substitute, unless you are physically incapable of performing some lift (if you're, say, missing legs or paraplegic, you need a different routine anyway).

FYI, squats (for just one example) are a core exercise (i mean, as in your abs, etc not just as a core part of your workout, which is of course also the case)

Keep it up man. Really try to get your diet back under control, as more than anything else that will really help you achieve your goals.

Good work.
