Sorry, didn't mean to offend as it seems I have. Let me explain my reasoning to what seems to you like a bunch of nonsense. The thing is, if you have flab covering your abs in the first place no amount of leg lifts, crunches or anything else is going to make your abs show up until you get rid of all the fat that is covering them. That's where diet comes in. Everybody has abs even the lardass in the corner over there in class. That's no hard thing to understand but how the hell is he going to show off them beauties? He's GOT TO DIET. And that was just an extreme example even if you are 10-20 lbs over your BMI you'll still need to diet to get off that excess weight. Also everybody I know that has DEFINED abs is on the low end of their BMI unless they have a huge body build (and I can't say I know anybody with a big build that has abs). Take it from someone with that build, they aren't easy to get. I'm trying now and once I get this fat off I know they'll show. NOW FOR YOUR POINT. EXERCISE is key to defining them and defining them only, not getting them. Now, if all he's wanting to do is define them I wasted my time, his, and everyone elses that disagrees with me.
