"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Hi guys, just as we guys start getting different attention from women, what happens when women lose weight and are already in a committed relationship?

Women are attention-seekers, so does being in a relationship with a woman who's making this change make you insecure?
Have you ever been there?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

The scenario, as you describe it, is not a thing.
Women in relationships tend to put weight ON, not the other way about.

Conversely, no-one hits the gym harder than a woman divorced. Especially if she's just past "the wall".

The other possible scenario is when the morbidly obese get gastric banding, in which case, they might become barely noticeable.

Also like many of your posts, you paint with the "All Women" brush.
Lots of women absolutely detest attention (perhaps unwanted attention, which is most of it), especially if they're introverts

Besides, for the attention hoers, there's far easier ways to garner validation without going through the effort of shedding unnecessary fat (such as flirting, prancing on TikTok, and posting Clickbait threads)

They lose weight to catch a dude.

They catch a dude and reel him in.

They they marry him and get fat.

Then when they're REALLY fat, they divorce him and take half his sh*t.

Don't fall for it.

When you see a slim attractive girl, she is getting ready to eat everything in sight.

First all your food, then all your money.

This is why you should always operate under an assumed identity with gaming slimmies.

A woman might stay in shape in a relationship out of fear that her partner will lose interest, to keep him on his toes, for attention, for business reasons, or just because she is emotionally disengaged and ready to leave.

In my country, if a spouse gains weight, loses their attractiveness, or turns ugly, we say you have “mano mala” or a bad hand. It basically means a person’s appearance declined because of their partner’s influence. There are multiple reasons why a person is influenced to let themselves go, but it is mostly due too much comfort, lack game or abundance, and/or stopped giving them a reason to stay on top of themselves like they stopped feeling motivated to maintain their appearance because they believe the other person will stay regardless.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Curious to know what happens next you did not write.
This is most accurate thing I've read
Are we talking an otherwise beautiful girl who loses a lot of weight?
What? Well usually even the ugliest one will have a glow up
