True indeed. Most men look like chumps and have dad bods etc. it gets even worse for guys over 40... 95% have dadbods and look like cr@p.

The recipe is "simple":
Take care of yourself, have and plan (financial etc.) and follow it through and lift heavy sheit.
But most people do not have either of these. They binge watch/consume TV and other form of entertainment and then complain over how bad their lives are.

Agreed, the easiest way to solve this is simply to just become part of the 20%, most don't want to make the effort.

Its a simple sad fact. The irony of it is that on the same time they do not bother to do something about it which is something I personally cannot fathom.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
