I’m struggling with thoughts of existential anxiety 24/7 and have zero libido. My husband, while largely in the same boat, does not have this problem and his sex drive is as high as ever. He thinks I should try to take my mind off things, and the best way to do that is with an orgasm ... I feel guilty for denying my high-sex-drive husband sex, but I just don’t know how to relax enough to enjoy myself while we’re staying inside for the next weeks during this pandemic.

well hubby fault for letting his woman fall for the fear mongering, plus serious, if she is doing everything the cowards are telling ou to do why you are still worried?

Gee lady if you are having this much anxiety with a man around to protect you just think of how much life would suck (no pun intended) for you if he decided to leave you right now. Leave you and go find one of the millions of other women who are single and alone right now in isolation. These women are bone (another no pun) desperate for a man. So take care of the one you have or join their club while he relieves one of them from the club and replaces you with her!

Not sure its an excuse...people are mentally affected by all of this. Its stupid to try and say otherwise or to say there is something wrong for them being so. Not everything is just black and white like everyone wants to make it.
