SE Asia, especially the Philippines. If you CYA about your property, and you get her to pay you 100-150k over a 3-5 year period, why CARE if she divorces you at that point? you can then get another one, take longer to find a better one. With 100k in the bank you'll be able to be a MUCH better "catch", so you can get an engineer, MD, dentist, etc. and get paid more like 200k, the second time. If you can't figure out a way to retire on 1/4 million $, you deserve to have to work for 50 years and have nothing.

The Dept of Education will give you 24k for attending college/studing 800 hours, spread over a year. Jan to january,, if you go at it intelligently. That's cash in your hand. They'll also give you almost 10k of grants, so that takes care of your actual expenses at your local jr college.
