Whats YOUR motivation for lifting?
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
I'm right there with you, keep going at it :box:ThreeStorms said:One reason I will only reveal to the folks on this board:
To impress the people who always knew me as the skinny, nerdy guy.
You can get easily injured doing yoga as well. Lifting is healthy, whether you think so or not lol.Oxide said:Not really to be healthy - you can easily get injured lifting and it's not really that healthy for ya either. We would all be doing yoga and eating raw food if we wanted to be healthy.
Lift for a sport. I didn't mean because lifting has become a sport to you, I meant such as adding strength for sports such as football or increasing your speed for track or something.Oxide said:Lift for sport? You have to once you lift for awhile, it is in your head. But this is the effect not the cause.
I coulda put that on there too. Option #6 "I lift because I find myself attractive' lol:rockon:Oxide said:I lift because I look in the mirror and say "Damn, I love myself" and it makes my day better.
Awesome logic. guess what, you are gay, whether you think so or not, lol!Lifting is healthy, whether you think so or not lol.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
