“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Physically they don't look impressive. Brock Lesnar and Kimbo Slice are the only impressive physically MMA fighters. Most of them don't have a 6 pack. Most of them are about 180 lbs and with a t-shirt on you wouldn't even thought they worked out. Don't they train??

bud you have not been watching enough mma fighters. Go look at the ufc, all those guys are about 6 foot and do have a 8 pack. Its obvious that you are novice to the sport.

They do have weight classes.

My first mma fight is in 8 days. I am 6' 1" and 165 pounds, although I can cut to 155 if I need to. I have a six-pack, and most of the skinnier guys do. Most fighters 185 and up are not very defined.

What you are seeing in the UFC is guys who have trained for 15-20 years. Their skill is a product of all of those years of training. I might look better than a few of them, but they can all kick my ass.

Physique is not a clear indication of how good a fighter they are.

Look at Fedor Emelianenko.

World's best heavyweight, undefeated, has slaughtered many giants such as NOG, Crocop, Sylvia etc etc...

Yet he doesn't seem to have a square rock chin, and seems a little overweight. He isn't cut, and though quite muscley doesn't have a HUGE amount of muscle mass, yet beats fighters with chiseled bodies like Randleman.

Looks are deceiving my friend, it seems you are new to the sport.

I read Fedor is a heavy vodka drinker. Cutting is mostly about the diet, and I the MMA guys probably care more about their strenght and agility than they do about their six-pack. Arlovski is both heavier and leaner than Fedor, but he still got destroyed.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I thought it was because they did lots of cardio and endurance training since they have to go either 15 or 25 minutes but then again I wouldn't know

Just find a dojo. I would suggest that you attend a few local fight events and take note of how each school's fighters do. They usually announce the fighter's school when they walk out.

You can keep training the Muay Thai. That would be your striking art. Pick up a grappling art to round out your skills. I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You can go to nagafighter.com which is the web site of a submission grappling tournament and see the results of the Naga tournament near you. That will give you an idea of which schools are training the most successful grapplers, at least in bjj.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

You try looking full and ripped when training for an endurance sport... Then you'll have your answer.

Um just about every NFL runningback, wide receiver, cornerback, linebacker, and defensive end looks ripped. Look at this pic of Shogun:

Completely average looking. Wtf.
NFL football players don't train for endurance. NFL players workout for strenght and power...and work on overall speed

MMA fighters need ENDURANCE....They do a lot of cardio

Plus a lot of NFL players workout to look pretty...they like showing off the guns...MMA fighters could give a ****...they are training to win a fight

MMA is a lot about FEELING another's energy in the fight. The firstest with the mostest is the bestest.

I always wondered this myself. It makes sense that looking buff is difficult with so much endurance training.

Adding muscle sacrifices flexibility. And in a sport where we try to bend each others' joints the wrong way, flexibility is very important.

MMA fighters will still outbuff most people. Whoever thinks they only train for endurance and not strength is retarded. Those matches last about 20 minutes MAX, while most don't even get past the first round.

Well I think football would be considered an endurance sport. There is a ton of running and you aren't recovering in those 30 seconds between plays. I've played football and you have to be in excellent condition to make it. Plus I disagree most pro football players are in it to show off their guns. Looking pretty doesn't get you big contracts, performance does.
