You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
Sad but true, worse yet is that hb3-4 is not rational as you say, she doesnt realize her condition thus deciding her habits after a cost/gain ration reasoning.Burroughs said:Because for an average fattie the cost to getting thin isn't worth the reward...
your average fattie chick with a cute face lets say an hb3...can still pull desperate hb 6-7 dudes.....you see these couples in every mall...a fattie chick waddling with a in shape but plain faced dude.....the fattie would have to go from an hb3 to a 7...in order to even THINK about pulling hb 10 dudes....and then only as pump and dumps.....so the average fattie hb3 says fvck it dips another ding dong in chocolate fudge and chomps away...she's already got her orbiters of hb6 dudes who she blows every saturday night when the dudes strike out in the club....she's happy with that...plus twinkies taste real good.
You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
This is an excellent analysis.Burroughs said:Because for an average fattie the cost to getting thin isn't worth the reward...

Couldn't agree more!Lexington said:Sometimes the simplest explanation is the best one. The reason why more women don't do what that woman did is because it's hard to get in shape. It requires a lot of willpower and dedication to accomplish what that woman did.
It's not easy for me to push myself to go to the gym 5 days a week. It's very hard to eat right. It's not easy to bang out those extra two reps at the gym when you're about to break mentally. And I'm a person who was always in decent shape. It's orders of magnitude harder for an obese person.
We could turn it around on a lot of us here. How come we don't all have 6 packs? How come we're not all shredded? It's not impossible. You just have to hit the gym hard and eat right.

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
HB in HB3 or HB4 means Ham Beast, not Hot Babe.Zarky said:This is an excellent analysis.
However, keep in mind that, by definition, women under 7 can't be "HBs" and "HB" only applies to women because it stands for hot babe.
I think it's a gamble. There have been women who were in shape and got fat after marriage, too.Rollo Tomassi said:Here's an interesting hypothetical for you: Say you hooked up with this woman and she looked marginally hot (an HB7.5 on the Tomassi scale), but at some point she shows you her "fat pictures" to show you how she changed herself; are you more worried that she'll go back to being fat and comfortable once you're in an LTR or married than you would be if you got with a woman who'd always been in shape?
It comes down to a womans penchant for being a product of her environment. A regular beta herb? What does she care. A sniff of a 3 parts alpha 1 part beta, a 10 percenter she's always dreamed about who makes her truly happy in the traditional man/woman sense? You bet she will stay fit, a 10 percenter doesn't tolerate fat assery, she knows this as much as he does.Rollo Tomassi said:Here's an interesting hypothetical for you: Say you hooked up with this woman and she looked marginally hot (an HB7.5 on the Tomassi scale), but at some point she shows you her "fat pictures" to show you how she changed herself; are you more worried that she'll go back to being fat and comfortable once you're in an LTR or married than you would be if you got with a woman who'd always been in shape?
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

She also has a perfect .7 waist-to-hip ratio. Another rarity.
Change the gender and this sounds like me. I always ate like a horse, as you say, and would never gain fat or weight. Think Ed Norton from the Honeymooners. It wasn't until my late 30s that my metabolism slowed down enough that I had to start watching what I ate. I was already exercising a lot, so that wasn't the problem. It was quite an eye opener. We are not immortal, gentlemen.Zarky said:One of the chicks I'm dating is late 30s and skinny as a rail and always has been. Eats like a horse, too.
