"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

1) imagine mike tyson and john cena are in the same club. one of them unwillingly pours some vodka on the other one... they start to argue and it evolves in a fight... who's gonna win? (mike tyson)

2) what about mike tyson and vitor belfort? (vitor belfort)

3) what about mike tyson and the strongest sumo guy? (mike tyson)

4) what about vitor belfort and john cena? (vitor belfort)

5) what about vitor belfort and the sumo guy? (vitor belfort)

6) what about john cena and the sumo guy? (that's hard, but i guess john cena)

in the () are my guesses

so my ranking would be:

1. vitor belfort
2. mike tyson
3. john cena
4. sumo guy

what about yours?

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I think it all depends on the situation Do they start fighting close up? Do they have room to throw down or are they so close at the bar that they are clenched and wrestling. I think Mike would get his ass wooped by vitor as well

Vitor is the toughest! Mike Tyson is the craziest, so who knows who would win?

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

why john cena?

i'm not super up to date on entertainment wrestling. but has he a background in anything?

wouldn't kurt angle for example be a better example as he has a background in real life wrestling.

Why Vitor Belfort?

Vitor's lost his game in the fight world. He's not even in the top ten in the NHB world rankings.

Fedor Emilianenko is tops (for now).

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

i didn't say john cena and vitor belfort were the strongest (though vitor actually is;)) in their sport, but they are my favourites.... that's why i mentioned them rather than others...

anyway, i think that if the fight exploded all of a sudden, mike tyson would easily beat vitor belfort, if he hit him immediately without letting him avoid the punch... but if they were to wait some seconds after the argue.... i think vitor would kill him

What about:

Judge Dredd vs Superman?

Adolf Hitler vs Stalin? (the two men, not their armies)

Oprah vs Rosanne? (Rosanne is the fat chick from the TV show)

So Dr. Beard walks into the bar. He says "guess what motherfvckers?" and kicks all their asses.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
