If I was a girl and guy came up to me out of the blue and asked me some retarded question like he's doing a survey for the Family Feud i think i'd just burst out laughing.

As someone else said, sounds like you have this chick up on a pedestal before even talking to her, and we all know a pedestal is not the place for a chick. If anything, it's the other way around.
Even though she's a hb10.5 to you, there HAS to be something you can focus on about her which will make her seem less perfect. Find it, and for pete's sake, don't be getting a case of oneitis over some little chicka you've never talked to.
Think about this: it is her goal to attract guys, and she's doing a good job from what I can tell by looking so hot. So, she's got girl-game. Now it's up to you to NOT be the millionth guy to give her some lame a$$ line you've read on a bathroom stall wall, but instead be the Don Juan. The original. Someone who will not only turn her head, but also attract the admiration of others. You've heard it before - social proof. Approach with a mindset along those lines (congruent with your own personality), and your chances are good....
