"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

If I was to bring a girl home, do you think a girl would be uncomfortable with situation A:, and thereby affect my chances with her.

A)
Have a roommate, live in an expensive luxury apt( Trump Towers) , but you still have your own room in a 2 BR

or

B)
Have your own private 1 Br apartment, but its not in an expensive Luxury apartment, but an ordinary apartment complex.

Which one is better for a DJ ? An expensive place, or your own place...Its that time finding an apartment..

Thanks !!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Everywhere you want to be.... I'm like a Visa card
Whatever you think you'd like more. With a roommate, you always have a friend to go out with or just chill at home with, and you get to split the rent. Alone, you can bring a girl over without worrying about if your roommate is home, and its always nice to have your own space.

Both can be great, just pick the one you like more.

Well, thats what I was asking, If I was going to bring a girl home in situation A with a roommate, do you think it will impact negatively...even though we both have a lot of space in the apartment ... when I said "DJ", I meant the whole bringing a girl to your place....

Whichever makes you happiest........ forget throwing away your happiness for a girl. I'd go with A.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I think having an expensive place is best and your own place like that. Try to get a nice penthouse condo overlooking a lake so you can see the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Make sure you have the best expensive materials, marble floors, cherry hardwood floors, oak cabinets, granite kitchens -- I'm a Real-Estate agent, and I've seen some of the best, of the best condos on the market.

There was this one condo I saw that was asking like a million dollars, and it was over the Skydome, and it had all these features, and it was beautiful. If you ever come around TO, I can show you some good condos if you want to buy.
