Whey proteins question

Hi,
I am a student at college and I've been weightlifting since ~2 months. I have a simple question about whey proteins.

If I drink a shake on an empty stomach, will my body use the energy from the proteins as a fuel or will it use them to repair my muscles?

Take two scoops of protein with 4 raw eggs and your body will use the fat for fuel and protein for muscle growth.

I recommend you read the "vault" and get some more information on training and diet. You don't sound like you know that much and it would be beneficial.

No you don't.. if that was the case I would have been poisoned already as I've been eating 9/day for the past month in shakes.. the only side effect I've seen from them is a quality strength increase! :D
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

if you're weightlifting you should never have a truly empty stomach...

there's no way to say how your body will use the protein you give it, without knowing what you're consuming the rest of the day.

I try to eat a good diet, but it's pretty hard when I stay up to 12 hours out of my home. I have slow gains because of this but I enjoy training anyway. Thanks for advices!
