"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

What's Your Favorite Low-Cost Way to Improve Your Life?

Walking outdoors, borrowing library books, bodyweight exercises, learning a skill online, or preparing your own meals. Can you name a few more?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

Hitting a massively nutritious diet.

Salmon
Blueberries
Bananas
Ground beef, ox tongue
Carrots/broccoli/Brussels sprouts
Yoghurt
Root ginger, turmeric, dried herbs

Avoid all the beige filler crap like bread, rice, chips, pasta.

Maximizing your sleep quality and quantity.

If ya'll haven't noticed, Gen Z people seem to be aging like bread. I think one of the main reasons this is happening is because most of them are ruining their sleep with vapes, weed, adderall, doomscrolling Tiktok, and other retarded **** that compromises their sleep. I genuinely believe it.

I generally try to get 9 hours every night, and I don't use my phone before bed, nor do I drink or smoke pot as they are known to significantly disrupt sleep quality. (There are many other habit that fall under the category of "sleep hygiene" that I could get into btw, those were just 2 examples). I've probably spent more effort learning how to imrpove my sleep than anything else in my life.

Agree with more sleep!

Another culprit in addition to your list - energy drinks. I was surprised myself to learn how much caffeine is contained in some products like protein shakes, some electrolyte and vitamin/mineral beverages, etc.

I love a particular energy beverage called "Celsius Live Fit," loaded with vitamins and minerals. Only 5 calories per 12 fluid ounce.can. It's carbonated and super refreshing and tasty.

Drank it like water not noticing the caffeine content in small print at the bottom of can, and wondered why I was often so hyper and could not sleep!

200 mg per can which is double than in one standard cup of coffee!

Kids have died from drinking too many energy drinks (i.e. Red Bull) mixed with alcohol, there should be more discussion about this IMO but you're absolutely right about getting enough sleep.

I now drink water with a squeeze of lemon or lime and my sleep quality has improved soooo much! And I feel and look better too as a result!

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Why does the cook matter? Strange concept.
Cook yourself as in make it from scratch, not literally "you must prepare it".

As in, not get something in a box or bag that you microwave as a meal, but rather put together a number of one-ingredient items to make a meal.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

We've probably got similar concepts but it'd probably help a lot of people to know how to eat healthily with close to zero prep time.

Spending two hours on pissing about in the kitchen is female coded and performative, and totally unnecessary but people get dragged into thinking this is necessary.

Yeah, that's my entire program in a nutshell.

My meals take 5-10 minutes to make because I keep them simple, but I have enough ones that I rotate through them over the week.

Gotta push back on this a bit - A cup of coffee can contain anywhere from 100mg to as much as 300mg in some cases. 100 is definitely on the low end, i'm pretty sure an "typical" 8oz cup is closer to 200mg. Some people are probably drinking much more than that if they home brew it, i've seen people put in heaping tablespoons of grounds to brew into the pot and they'll drink that all day, that could easily be 600mg or more. The problem is people think of a "cup" in terms of liquid volume, not in terms much grounds are used. So unless you're buying coffee from a shop, it's not standardized at all and people are probably consuming a lot more than they realize.

Energy drinks really have about the same amount of caffeine as coffee on average. I am a big fan of energy drinks and I think the health concerns are massively overblown. The new generation of energy drinks are way different than the trashy ones like Monster that people associate them with. Just read the labels and be aware of what is in them. Even kombucha and some teas tea can have a surprising amount of coffee. Black tea has almost as much caffeine as typical coffee.
