Honestly? For me, it would take a legal structure that treats the assets built during the marriage the same way as prenuptial ones. Meaning, if we both worked and saved, those accounts are legally and explicitly 50/50. But if one person stays home, the "value" of that stay-at-home contribution has to be clearly defined upfront, not just left to a judge's discretion later. I don't see that happening in most current systems. So, practically speaking, nothing would convince me.
