What was your First Exposure of anything PUA ? Any media (Tv, book, website, whatever)

I remember seeing Ross Jeffries on the Phil Donahue show when i was very young. Boy he copped a lot of abuse from the audience.

And it must have been a long time ago because i just checked out a recent video of Ross and boy he is looking old now !

I think I first saw the TV show with Mystery on VH1 but I wasn't aware of places like SS until the middle of last year. I'm pretty sure I found this place by googling something about wanting an ex back lol.

Was the great and classic documentary, American Pimp, something that was specifically associated with the Seduction Community specifically, it was this website.

99-00 area. Back of a "Men's Health" Magazine. One of David Deangelo's old ads about how to get women (aka: be ****y and funny). Was my first experience with any seduction material. Was expecting a book about lightning candles and talking like Romeo to a woman (afterall; that's what i believed seduction was).

When i read it - lots of my failures made sense.

I was doing some Christmas shopping and ended up in a Barnes and Noble....just browsing. Then low and behold there's this black book that looked like a Bible, titled "The Game". My first thought: "is this what I think it is?" It came at a perfect time, because my game was at an all time low, I had over corrected to the extreme blue pill side. That book opened the door, but, more importantly, made it aware, by Neil Strauss's 180 he pulled, that game can be learned.

I never really applied any of Mystery's techniques, other than basic principles, like the neg, but I did end up ordering a bunch of David D's stuff. The ****y funny, was the closest thing to my natural personality. And it worked wonders there for a while.

Surprisingly enough, I had never thought of finding a website like this online. SMH.
