The truth, that you thought she looked nice or something. If you're opening on FB you'll have to go through a lot to get some sh!t that sticks.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

1. add random girl on facebook
2. ask "we meet last weekend at this party/bar/club, right?"
3. when they say no, say something witty concerning the "screw up"
4. ask them if they want to actually meet up at a party/bar/club next weekend
5. bang them
Success rate depending on looks and is situational. Basically just a longer version of tinder.
In your situation, just start from step 2.
