Constructively, see a doctor about the depression. One very critical thing that you must do is embark on a healthy sleeping regime: 12 - 8; 2 - 10 it doesn't matter, as long as it's regular. That will help you build up your serotonin levels again, along with any medication that you might be taking (probably SSRIs).

Next, read the book of pook and the DJ bible, and do the DJ boot camp like I'm doing.

To be honest, I don't think it is that hard if you are healthy.

Find what you love, and do it. Whether that be as a job, or as a hobby after work and/or on weekends.

Hardest part for most is finding what you love.
